Rob Tokay is a dynamic and results-driven executive with over 15 years of experience in developing and leading organizations to achieve significant growth and efficiency improvements. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management and specialized training in Lean Six Sigma, Rob combines his technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to drive continuous improvement and motivate teams.

Joseph Hartle

Senior Consultant

Joseph Hartle brings over 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience to his role at Key Performance Consultants. A Pennsylvania-licensed CPA with a Master's of Business Administration from Duquesne University, Joseph works closely with businesses to provide strategic financial insights and support. He excels in budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve long-term financial stability.

Amanda Alth

Accounting & Operations Coordinator

Amanda Alth brings a strong and well‑rounded background in accounting, financial management, and operational support. She holds a double degree from Carlow University, earning both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). Her career path began in social work, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs, compliance, and organizational systems, and later transitioned into operations and accounting to support business efficiency and financial integrity.


Amanda is experienced in managing budgets, accounts receivable, and daily financial operations with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. She has worked effectively across both client-facing and vendor-facing environments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, relationship management, and operational workflows. This dual perspective allows her to support leadership decisions, maintain strong account relationships, and ensure financial accountability.


In addition to her professional experience, Amanda is actively involved in her community through multiple youth sports organizations, serving as both a board member and cheerleading coach. She brings leadership, accountability, and a collaborative approach to all roles she undertakes. Amanda is known for her professionalism, dependability, and commitment to contributing positively to organizational goals and community development.
